Olive Squalane
Lock in moisture without clogging pores*
Squalane has anti-inflammatory actions that reduce redness and swelling. Drench contains olive-derived squalane which is a natural emollient, so it locks moisture into your skin. Olive Squalane is a prized cosmetic ingredient that is cruelty-free, and plant-based unlike other types. Doing this provides long-lasting hydration and relieves stubborn dry patches if you happen to have those. Squalane is recommended for all skin types, even oily skin, because it's lightweight and non-greasy, so it does not clog pores. It deeply soothes even the driest skin and moisturizes without leaving an oily layer. It helps slow down transepidermal water loss making the complexion look more radiant and fresh. Squalane in Drench is NOT to be confused with squalene which comes comes from shark liver oil.
SymCalmin® Hydroxyphenyl Propamidobenzoic Acid

White Aspen Bark Extract (Populus Tremuloidus)

Aspen bark extract is a potent anti-inflammatory and has mild antimicrobial and antiseptic actions on the skin. This is due to naturally occuring salicicin. It also explains why this ingredient is anti-seborrhoeic! It can help with many tough-to-treat skin conditions including eczema, acne and rosacea. White Aspen Bark Extract acts as a natural hypoallergenic preservative too.
The extract comes from the bark of the Aspen tree, and due to its chemical make up, it is also going to make your skin instantly feel silky and smooth. I chose this because I did not want any silicone is this formula. Silicone clogs the pores.
BV-OSC is an Oil-Soluble Vitamin C
Boosts collagen and elastin production for firmness
Drench Hydrogel Face Cream contains a special topical skin-loving form of vitamin C called "BV-OSC" that is oil soluble, instead of the water soluble. The advantage over water soluble types of vitamin C is that those do not fully penetrate the skin barrier. BV-OSC does! So it lasts longer and allows for longer shelf-stability. Best of all, it is not irritating to the skin like regular types of C found in cheaper skin care products.
Vitamin C is critical to stimulate collagen and elastin production which in turn, improves your skins plumpness and firmness. BV-OSC promotes up to 50% more collagen production than plain water-soluble C!
Neem Flower and Leaf Extract (Azadirachta

Neem has a long and lovely history of therapeutic and medicinal use, even for skin. It's included in Drench Face Cream because it gently heals the skin and fights signs of aging due to its strong antioxidant benefits. Further, it is an emollient and antiseptic.
Neem contains fatty acids, antioxidants, and antimicrobial compounds, and these can benefit the skin in a range of ways. We know that neem can be traditionally used to help with eczema, ringworm, acne, warts and even psoriasis. Extracts from both the leaf and flower of the neem plant are utilized in Drench to give you a full range of skin-healing care.
Corallina Officinalis Algae Extract (Coral Weed)
Promotes skin healing and adds suppleness*
It is used as anti-cellulite ingredient in the cosmetic industry because it seems to help with cellular turn over. This red algae is commonly used in skin care products, it moisturizes the skin and gently removes dead skin cells. This means it can help brighten your skin as it gently removes dead skin cells form the skin surface. Helpful if you have photodamage or photoaging due to poor compliance with sunscreens.
This is a very cool, natural, and sustainable ingredient because it also helps regulate oil production in the skin while increasing brightness to give you a perfect complexion.
Turmeric Extract (Curcumin Longa)
Potent antioxidant that helps soothe tired skin
Turmeric extract is excellent for skin because it brings out a natural glow. It keeps skin cells from clumping together, and reduces clogged pores. It is also a well-known antibacterial and anti-inflammatory so it can help if you have acne or other skin challenges that stem from microbes. The root is orange, but the plant leaves are green.
A recent study found that turmeric can brighten skin within 3 to 4 weeks and this is likely from the tremendous natural profile of compounds that are in turmeric. Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate (Probiotic)
