      Love it...

I have long been a proponent of magnesium supplementation and have found this to be one of the best. It was very helpful for muscle aches and sleep.

      Relaxing. Helps with Sleep!

I've been taking MagFocus for two years, I think. I mix one scoop of it with 4 ounces of water & drink it, one hour before bedtime. It tastes good, but I don't need the stevia. (less, maybe?) Thanks, Suzy!

      An excellent product

After a month of using this regularly every night I am noticing more mental clarity and way better “regularity."
