Suggested Use: This is a POWDER, so you may start out with 1/4 of a scoop at bedtime and see how you respond. You can also start with 1/2 scoop as an alternative. Stay on your suggested use for at least one week before increasing to desired amount.

Dissolve the powder in about 4 to 6 ounces of water (or to desired sweetness) and take once daily. You may take immediately before dinner, or one hour before bedtime. If you'd like to take MagFocus during the day, you may take it mid-afternoon and/or add a second helping before bedtime.

Since Magnesium L-threonate is naturally calming you might know it can cause relaxation but this depends on the amount. If you experience confusion (almost 'intoxicated' or euphoric), weakness, lowered blood pressure or headache, you are taking too much. Stop for a week, and begin again with a lower amount such as 1/4 of a scoop at bedtime.
